Sales Taxes

Gift Courtyard is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

Gift Courtyard will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE
CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .Notification must be emailed for proper documentation. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in US dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Gift Courtyard will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Gift Courtyard.


Privacy Notice


Gift Courtyard does not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Gift Courtyard shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Gift Courtyard shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Gift Courtyard shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Prices on our Internet Store will always be the most current and will be the determining price for items.
